A fully
air conditioned work place provide a stable environment and maintain
consistent surrounding temperature and humidity - critical in
moulding highly hygroscopic materials. All machines are equipped
with robotic pick and place, auto-loaders complete with dryers
(normal and dehumidifiers). Injection Machines tonnage range from
30T to 350T, with majority in 30 to 100T range. Two (2) type of
machines- servo electric and hydraulic machines, are been use
and allocation depends on part complexity and requirements. |
